The course prepares students for completion of Motor Control 3. It includes advanced concepts, including analog signals, the use of programmable controllers in motor control, and control applications using special motors such as stepper, synchronous, or servomotors. The course begins with a brief history of motor control and the organizations and continue to immediately explore manual pilot devices, automatic devices, motor starters and control relays.
