Completing Module 1: Maximizing your Leadership Potential (MLP) Guides participants in making the shift from successful individual contributor to effective manager - This program is designed to cultivate the four key roles that all leaders must play to garner success: team player, manager, coach, and leader. Meeting the needs of diverse teams & present new challenges that require new skills.
Completing Module 2: Navigating Complex relationship & Individual Identity - Individual identity work to identify personal triggers -Recognize and understand personal or own conflict “triggers”. -Understand how different values may contribute to complex situations and relationships at work. -Practice active and passive positive responses to the complex situations in the workplace. -Apply the strategies to an address workplace complexities and situation.
