Leading Vision and Mission is one of two micro-credentials in the Visionary Leadership stack. Each vision and mission micro-credential (Leading Vision and Mission and Driving Vision and Mission) represents a unique, strategic planning skill set. In an educational environment Leading Vision and Mission is defined as the ability to support, articulate, and foster the school’s mission and vision while collaboratively and strategically leading stakeholders toward achieving the vision and mission.
