Earning Criteria

Experience requirement #1: Curricular; Successful completion (with a C or higher) of 3 Data Intensive Designated classes from at least two different disciplines.
Experience requirement #2: Co-curricular; Completion of at least 2 unique co-curricular experiences that have been approved by the Data Nexus committee. Approved list of experiences in a wide variety of disciplines and areas of campus are maintained by the committee.
Experience requirement #3: Reflection; Submission of a 90-second video focused on how the completed co-curricular and curricular experiences have contributed to advanced data proficiency. A facilitated discussion with Data Nexus committee on the data intensive experience is required.
