The Health and Wellness Coach badge signifies competence in essential coaching knowledge and skills. The 12-credit curriculum includes the study and application of holistic health and wellness principles, behavior change, and fundamental coaching methods and techniques used to empower clients on their journey to enhanced, healthy living. Recipients of the badge have completed the four required courses with a B- or higher, fulfilled attendance requirements, and passed culminating assessments.
