Earning Criteria

  • Active and good-standing student in the Elon M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies program.
  • Classroom Education: Communicate with course directors about instructional objectives needed in guest lectures; Use instructional objectives to direct the content of a learning activity; Develop and deliver a 1 hour engaged learning activity; and, Use “plus/delta” to develop a plan for future classroom engagement(s).
  • Bedside Education: Compare and contrast classroom teaching to bedside teaching; Provide succinct and direct feedback to guide learner performance; and, Interrupt structural racism/biases in the clinical learning environment.
