The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt badge validates an individual’s ability to describe and apply the following concepts: Continuous process improvement, Lean concepts and its applications (5S, waste reduction, value stream mapping) basic statistical analysis methods, tools, and control charts. Green Belt earners are prepared to identify potential process improvement opportunities, implement all five phases of DMAIC methodology and assist with Black Belt projects.
