This game-based course, created by KPMG, helps learners explore barriers to creativity and cognitive biases that can hinder decision-making, innovation and problem-solving, and explains the foundational concepts behind KPMG’s Design Thinking for Business Model Innovation methodology.
Students are required to take two of the following courses focused on Virtual Leadership and Collaboration: Expert Insights on Managing Virtual Teams, Establishing Effective Virtual Teams, Contributing as a Virtual Team Member, Planning an Effective Presentation, Expert Insights on Presentation Skills
Students are required to take one of the following courses focused on Design Thinking, Problem Solving, & Critical Thinking: Design Thinking for Innovation: Brainstorming and Ideation, Design Thinking for Innovation: Stakeholder Engagement, Getting to the Root of a Problem, Expert Insights on Critical Thinking

Students take what they've learned throughout the courses and randomly be assigned a group. Each group will develop a project pitch in response to challenges relating to SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). Teams choose from 4 provided problem statements to focus their solution. Teams have completed a pitch canvas and a 3-minute presentation.
