Earners of this badge successfully completed the Endeavor Leadership Foundations Program. The Leadership Foundations Program is a custom-designed program, by Endeavor Learning, for all people managers at Endeavor. The program is focused on developing foundational people leadership capabilities and throughout the program, leaders engaged in facilitated workshops, completed online leadership courses, including a self-assessment, and an accumulating action learning project.

Earning Criteria

  • Attend the Virtual Program Kick-Off.
  • Attend all Facilitated Workshops on topics including: Leading Self, Connecting Through Conversations, Coaching, Developing Others and Creating an Inclusive Environment.
  • Participate in a peer-led Action Learning Project, focused on practicing the skills learned throughout the Program.
  • Attend and participate in the Virtual Program Close-Out.
