Awardees are able to understand fertility and preconception physiology, and explore the potential causes of infertility and health issues. Awardees can implement preconception care, chart the menstrual cycle and holistically support fertility. They will understand the physiological and emotional changes that occur through the three trimesters of pregnancy including different nutritional and herbal approaches to support the body throughout each trimester.
