It must contain appropriate explanations and concrete facts to effectively support and put emphasis on the main idea/proposal. The tone should be appropriate for creating a strong impact on the intended audience.

Element #2. Choice of Words and Articulation. The word choice of the letter should be simple and relatable, and appropriate enough to create an impact on the audience.

Element #3. Organization and Flow of Ideas. The paragraphs should be cohesive and should use an excellent connection of words. The flow of thought should be excellently organized with clear and timely divisions.
