The earner can apply data collection techniques and perform data analysis to statistically prove/disprove root-causes impact business problems.

• The earner has attended and actively participated in 100% of the interactive, training sessions that transfer knowledge on the history of Continuous Improvement, the distinction between various improvement methodologies, an introduction to Lean and Six Sigma along with detailed training on Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control Phases of the Lean Six Sigma methodology.

• The earner has successfully, completed 100% of the Knowledge Assessment Tests for the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control Phases of the Lean Six Sigma methodology to self-assess their knowledge of technical tools and the context in which to use them. Furthermore, the earner has self-assessed their understanding of the key principles / philosophies of Lean and Six Sigma.

• The earner has scored higher than 80% on the Final Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam. This demonstrates that the earner is competent in the technical tools and when to apply them for each phase. The earner understands the purpose and outcome for each DMAIC Phase. The earner has a clear understanding of the key principles / philosophies of Lean and Six Sigma.

• The earner has successfully completed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project and demonstrated they can practically apply the Lean Six Sigma methodology in a real world environment to deliver tangible benefits. Successful project completion requires sign-off from the Project Sponsor that the earner has delivered and met the project objectives. Successful project completion also requires sign-off from a Lean Six Sigma Coach that the earner has competently applied the DMAIC methodology.
