Earning Criteria

• The earner has completed 100% of the eLearning and participated in the interactive Check-Ins.
• The earner has demonstrated that they have a full understanding of what Continuous Improvement is and why it is important for organizations to continuously improve.
• The earner has demonstrated that they are able to effectively define a project by establishing a project charter which outlines the project’s problem and goal statement, the scope, the timelines, the benefits and business case, and the project team.
• The earner has demonstrated that they are capable of mobilizing people for change by performing stakeholder holder analysis and developing a communication plan / elevator pitch.
• The earner has demonstrated that they are capable of using Enlighten data to measure a business’ current performance against customer requirements.
• The earner has demonstrated that they can identify possible root causes to the problem by mapping current state processes, performing Enlighten data analysis, applying Waste definitions and doing Waste observations (going to the Gemba).
• The earner is able to perform root causes analysis and prioritize root causes to be solved for solutioning.
• The earner can facilitate the generation of solutions to solve prioritized root causes and develop implementation plans to deliver solutions.
• The earner is adept at sustaining the solutions through Standardization techniques and Control mechanisms within the Enlighten software.
• The earner has successfully completed a CI Practitioner project and obtained sign-off from the Enlighten CI Coaches to evidence that the earner has delivered and met the project objectives.
