EPIC members who complete this 6-week course have learned a powerful toolkit of observational research techniques and interpretive frameworks for projects in human-centered research, design, and innovation. Participants learn and apply this toolkit to a concrete business challenge by creating a robust research plan and a rationale for the investment. The course also covers ethics, integration of observation into mixed-methods projects, and applications in both physical and digital environments.
