EPIC Members who complete this 6-week course have learned how to use core models of society and culture to create better research, deeper insights, and greater value for organizations and communities. They covered a range of sociocultural theories that illuminate connections among people, places, and material or technological systems. Participants also worked through case studies to practice theory in product and service design, consumer insights, UX, market research, strategy, and more.

Coursework includes 12 hours of live, online group sessions with the instructor; a private work session with the instructor; 4 hours of instructional videos; required readings and case studies; and optional text and video materials.
