Earning Criteria

• The recipient of this badge successfully participated in exercises and completed all mandatory 96-hour of classroom training requirements, passing the Knowledge Retention Exam with a score of 80% or better, serving on a LSS Black Belt Project Team and successfully completing a project with a score of 80%, and achieving Project Sponsor and ets Master Black Belt sign-off.
• Understanding the key concepts of the Lean Six Sigma enterprise and apply them.
• Knowing how to apply the tools necessary for prioritizing potential projects and developing an organizational improvement plan.
• Discussing how and when to use strategic, decision, and analytical tools to promote critical thinking and fact-based decisions.
• Discussing effective approaches for demonstrating team leadership, team dynamics and guiding others in the organization on successful Lean Six Sigma team projects.
• Learning how to define an organization’s main work systems, core processes, and main sequence process flow.
• Learning how to create an organizational level Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Scorecard.
• Learning how to develop, deploy and review a strategic plan.
• Learning advanced Six Sigma analytical skills.
