The recipient of this badge successfully participated in exercises and completed all mandatory 40 hours of classroom training requirements, passing the Knowledge Retention Exam with a score of 80% or better, serving on a Green Belt Project Team and successfully completing a project with a score of 80%, and achieving Project Sponsor and ets Master Black Belt sign-off.
