Earning Criteria

  • In order to receive the Badge you will need to have attended or watched the 4 modules on Transformative Leadership. These include module 1 on Growth Mindset and Purpose, module 2 on Well-being, Resilience and Agility, module 3 on Curiosity and Belonging; and module 4 on Teaming and Inspiring. All the modules are available either live through the Transformative Leadership Series, or recorded and accessed through SuccessFactors.
  • You’ll come away with a clear definition of Transformative Leadership and have a deeper appreciation of the behaviors that drive leadership effectiveness and better business outcomes – crucial for our NextWave success. As a result, you’ll also be able to assess your own leadership in the transformative context of Better Me, Better Us, Better Working World.
