Earners of this microcredential are provided the opportunity to apply project accounting and estimating skills from the four courses in an approved internship to acquire experience with external firms, agencies or other professional constituents. A faculty adviser will work with the student using the ARC 303 internship course.

Earning Criteria

Complete the following courses: ECO 321: Engineering Economics; CON 355: Construction Finance and Accounting; CON 357: Quantity Surveying and CostingComplete an internship in ARC 303: Construction/Architecture Internship with an approved course of work provided by an external constituent (contracting firm, design-build firm, owner’s representative, Public Agency with a project management supervisor) to apply and demonstrate proficiency in skills taught in the sequence of CON courses.
