Complete the Fayetteville Technical Community College’s Lean Six Sigma Green Belt curriculum, covering Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, the DMAIC process, basic statistical analysis, problem-solving techniques, and project management and leadership skills specific to Lean Six Sigma.
Successfully lead a process improvement project using Lean Six Sigma tools, demonstrating effective application of the DMAIC process and presenting the results to a panel of experts for evaluation.
Apply DMAIC basic statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques to real-world scenarios within the context of Lean Six Sigma projects.
Pass the final assessment of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course with a score of 80% or higher, validating the learner’s theoretical and practical understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
Submit a comprehensive project report that showcases the practical application of Lean Six Sigma tools, including detailed analysis, implementation, and results of the process improvement project, serving as evidence of the learner’s expertise.
