Complete the Fayetteville Technical Community College’s Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt curriculum, covering Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, the DMAIC process, basic tools for process improvement, problem-solving frameworks, and understanding of waste elimination (Muda).
Apply each phase (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to process improvement scenarios, showcasing the ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
Select and utilize the appropriate tools for process improvement, such as cause-and-effect diagrams, flowcharts, and control charts, to real-world problems, effectively using these tools to analyze and improve processes.
Identify and categorize different types of waste in various processes, suggesting methods to eliminate or reduce waste to enhance efficiency (Muda).
