Completed an interview assessment with FHI 360 staff. Criteria assessed included naming and describing the 4 sub-competencies of intercultural fluency; explaining the concept of the cultural iceberg; providing examples of community cultural norms explained by the iceberg; self-reflection of personal values; successful communication of cultural awareness and communication in two case studies.
