Reflection and Pair-Share Activity: Fact or Fiction? Myth or Truth?: Through this self-reflection and pair-share activity, participants identify and dispel myths or preconceived notions about adolescents and their actions.

When I Was 15: In this assessment, participants identify the principles of positive youth development and how the "3Ps" (people, places, and purpose) are essential to building youth competencies.

Success Letter: Participants write a letter to an individual that supported the development of their knowledge, skills and abilities, articulating how the individual exhibited the five elements of the Developmental Relationship Framework.

Tell Your Story: Participants role play an introductory meeting with BTE youth.

What Did You Say?: During this Learning Activity, participants will practice different communication and active listening techniques.

Scenario Discussion: Participants read a scenario about a J&J Volunteer and BTE Student and correctly identify the positive youth development practices that were utilized, as well as make recommendations for how the developmental framework could be used to build a more effective relationship.
