Earners of this certificate have demonstrated the skills to guide and support a mentee, clearly understand the expectations of a mentor and a mentoring relationship, and are equipped to assist mentees in identifying and pursuing their goals through mentoring. They have demonstrated their commitment by supporting at least one mentee within the organization in a Mentorship program led by EGD.

Earning Criteria

Complete 6 months as a mentor to an assigned mentee, fully committing to all aspects of the program (Minimum 1 hour per month, ~10 hours for the length of the program). Time includes mentorship 1:1s, orientation, and prep time.
