Participants of this highly interactive program have learnt the importance of making data driven hiring decisions and build on the key skills hiring managers need, to help achieve more inclusive hiring practices. This includes enabling fair, inclusive hiring practices and reducing unintended bias. An accreditation session has also been completed which is a 1:1 session where skills learnt in the workshop are put into practice and feedback is given by the coach.
