Through a blended learning approach, they have developed a broad analytical skillset and understanding of how relevant criteria, analysis and modeling are applied at Fitch. Earners have a demonstrated ability to identify and utilize financial information effectively to appropriately contribute to the credit ratings process.

Earning Criteria

All new-hire analysts, regardless of title, are required to take the program. This also includes transfers from non-analytical roles to analytical roles. In addition, employees exiting the Associate Analyst (AA) Program and starting their role as Analysts will automatically be enrolled in the program.
