The Fitch Learning ESG Fundamental Certification includes a combination of e-learning, practice questions and online assessment. We examine the major environmental concerns that ESG investors seek to address, the basic social issues of human rights, diversity and discrimination, along with approaches adopted by governments and businesses to address these concerns, the issues of management structure and diversity, employee relations, compensation and financial integrity and more.

Earning Criteria

Audience: Suitable for all roles within financial services organisations that require a fundamental understanding of ESG Investing. Typical roles include sales and distribution, investment administration, product development, risk, advisory, investment and wealth management.

Coursework: Candidates must complete four hours of eLearning to understand and practice the four skills. This also includes practice questions for all the concepts.

Assessment: Learners must complete a 75 minute, 50 questions assessment to test their understanding. Learner must receive a minimum of 70% to achieve the certification.
