Entry Requirement: The program is ideally suited for those involved in elite banking and relationship management, or those who are working to support them.

Achievement Criteria: To earn a badge and certification candidates must complete a skill rater assessment, attend 3 workshops and complete a virtual rehearsal scenario to positioning FAB. The candidate must also receive a minimum of 70% pass mark in both the 2-hour final assessment and the one-on-one role play assessment.
