Earning Criteria

• The Academy’s HNW (High Net Worth) Programme aims to upskill the Bank’s Priority Private Relationship Teams (Relationship Managers and Wealth Specialists) and nurture them to become future-ready advisors - providing timely, personalised and high-quality differentiated wealth advice and sophisticated solutions to our clients.
• The programme includes a well-structured multi-step journey focused on deeper client engagement, knowledge of advanced wealth products, imbibing advisory architecture, and eventually concluding with an INSEAD-led module to hone their understanding of market nuances and understanding the behavioural biases at play.
• All candidates qualifying to be on this track possess the necessary certifications and eligibility to advise HNW clients and provide advise / recommendations, as applicable, on all relevant products, before even embarking on their wealth academy journey.
• The candidates undertake 80 hours of self-paced and instructor-led training co-created by Standard Chartered, Fitch Learning and INSEAD. All participants go through a range of online assessments and navigate through real-life case scenarios and simulation-based practices and assessments individually and in groups, before they qualify for certification. This training aims to equip participants with robust advisory-led client conversations that lead to more effective outcomes for our clients.
• Achievement Criteria - To earn a badge and certification for the HNW track, candidates must complete all available modules and achieve a minimum score of 70% pass mark across all available assignments
