Earning Criteria

The earner consumed self-paced, on-demand content in 6 modules. Each module contained 1-3 tracks and each track resulted in a short quiz of 1-5 questions. At the end of the 6 modules, the earner took a final exam that consisted of 20 questions. 80% or higher pass rate was required to become Five9 Sales Certified.
