Earners can understand the different types of assessment tools; how to identify and development relevant outcomes and recognize how assessment and improvement efforts impact their student and program success. Earners of this badge are equipped with valuable tools to conduct assessment within their academic programs.

Successful completion of a pedagogically-appropriate assessment report to measure student learning outcomes and/or program outcomes using assessment best practices.
Successful completion of a reflection discussion where learners demonstrate how the competencies gained can be utilized to further personal, professional and/or academic goals.
