Developed within the Global Forensic and Justice Center, this badge recognizes competency in the ability to produce quality photographs at a crime scene or in a laboratory setting. Earners can explain the importance of crime scene photography in overall documentation of a crime scene; explain the term "fair and accurate" as it relates to crime scene photography; and capture images of a latent print appropriate for comparison analysis using laptop-based software controls, D-SLR and copy stand.
