Foundations of Orientation Leadership

Issued by Florida International University (FIU)

Developed within the Office of Orientation and Family Programs, this badge recognizes the leadership and career development of student leaders in the Peer Advisor and Panther Camp Facilitator programs. Earners will be able to enact a Personal Leadership Plan, utilize campus resources, employ an array of communication skills, and apply facilitation strategies using critical thinking and teamwork. Earners are equipped with valuable tools to succeed as leaders in their careers and passion areas.

Earning Criteria

Successful completion of discussions, quizzes and case studies addressing the learner's understanding of orientation leadership.
