  • Successful completion of four short answer response activities related to the following topics: demonstrating active listening, ascertaining the position and interest of the conflicted party, brainstorming options, and establishing strategies to address conflict.
  • Successful completion of a reflection paper on how all competencies learned can be utilized to further personal, professional and/or academic goals.
