Earners of this Fluency badge have completed The Coach Leader workshop. They have learned what coaching is, why it is important and how using inquiry transfers learning, helps people grow and increases accountability. Learners were introduced to the three primary coaching practices of curiosity, listening and powerful questions. They witnessed and debriefed a coaching demonstration and applied the coaching principles through the practice of coaching each other.
