Earning Criteria
-
After working as a campus missionary for at least two years, Fellows applied and were accepted into the Fellowship program by a specific department in FOCUS. Each Fellow must meet minimum requirements for annual fundraising goals and demonstrate professionalism, timeliness, and responsibility.
-
Fellows attend semi-monthly classes, participate in regular small-group discussion, and may elect additional opportunities such as mentorship and productivity resources.
-
Fellows are asked to complete a curriculum of relevant business and spiritual reading and to discuss their thoughts with an assigned small group.
-
Mid-year and end-of-year reviews track Fellows' progress and determine whether they are eligible to continue their employment with FOCUS.
