Earning Criteria

Earner had been recommended by department head to attend Servante Leadership Foundations training. Criteria for recommendation include current success in role, possibility of promotion, personal fundraising achievement, and professionalism.

Earner has attended up to two three-day classroom trainings in-person. Throughout training, classes include concepts like crucial conversations, effective listening, mindset, team-building, coaching, and delegation.

Upon completion of material, earner has gained capacity for higher levels of leadership and management. Special emphasis in classes is placed on communication and strategic vision and execution.
