Level 1: Retreats Leader

Upon completion of a retreat, Retreat Leader has assisted the Retreat Director in planning and executing a weekend retreat for 20-100+ participants. During the retreat, the Retreat Leader took on roles such as a speaker, emcee, sacristan, or administrator. This is an optional leadership role that missionary staff can take to further their apostolate and development.

Retreat Leader takes on roles such a speaker, sacristan, emcee, musician, or administrator during the retreat.

Retreat Leader receives instructions from their Director in the weeks leading up to the retreat and executes 3-12 hours of preparatory work.

Retreat Leader heads recruitment efforts for their campus for multi-campus retreats, coordinating invitation, registration, and payment collection.

Retreat Leader supports the Retreat Director in providing feedback to the FOCUS Retreat Team through a feedback system and completes any follow-up accounting tasks.
