Earning Criteria

Earner accompanies about 10 new staff members through formation and training classes, facilitates small group discussion after each class and formally evaluates new staff. As a result, the earner ensures new staff members adequately understand the training content and develop good habits to prepare for work on campus.
Earner is recommended by regional leadership to be a key trainer for new staff and receives three days of additional leadership training.
Earner gives professional feedback to each of their small group of new staff members and records further professional growth areas for each staff member.
