Earning Criteria

Earner attends a week-long leadership training focusing on servant leadership content such as mindset, crucial conversations, coaching, management, and strategic planning. In addition, earner reads leadership books in conjunction with ongoing classes to better practice and influence habits.

Earner attends formation classes and has at least an 80% attendance rate. Classes include lecture and small group discussion time to establish a goal for a new habit or change in behavior.

After each monthly training session, earner constructs and implements a plan practice or implement a new habit or skill.
