Earning Criteria

Earner attends their second five-week educational training followed by an additional six weeks of ongoing professional development experience. Training includes elements of human, spiritual, intellectual and apostolic formation.

Classes cover topics such as classical anthropology, Church teaching, history of philosophical movements in America, non-profit development techniques, outreach/evangelization practicals, mental health, professional boundaries, spiritual practices and interpersonal relationships.

During training, earner participates in daily prayer, regular mentorship and small-group discussion of classroom content.

While at New Staff Training, earner consistently demonstrates uprightness of character and passes continuous evaluation by small-group leaders and managers.
