Each 4 - 6-hour module includes a variety of learning experiences including webinars, online courses, articles, videos, group discussions, on-the-job application activities, and more. To finish this program, learners must complete all nine modules and show evidence of implementing their learning on-the-job. This is tracked in the form of a development plan that is validated by their People Leader.
