Earners will cover current federal and state employment laws. The course will also provide to you, opportunities for discussion on strategies for complying with those laws. Topics that will be covered include: Equal Employment Opportunity laws, Federal and N.C. Employment laws.

Earning Criteria

Earners will complete the required course work. The will prove knowledge of the major laws/acts that the DOL can enforce. They will also be able to discuss Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, as well as the different parts of the DOL.
