The curriculum includes modules on supporting students of diverse backgrounds, applying EDI to supporting mental health, building a community based approach to health, safety, and well-being, creating a culture of EDI in education abroad professional teams, and supporting underrepresented staff and faculty in education abroad. This course is designed to engage learners in theory-to-practice modules developed by experts in equity, diversity, and inclusion.
