Earning Criteria

The earner will complete all courses (15 hours) within Fossil Group's Leadership DNA Program and demonstrate their proficiency through a knowledge exam. The courses include topics of: Building Interpersonal Skills, Establishing Yourself at Work, Increasing Knowledge and Self-awareness, Learning to Influence, Managing up, and Collaborating.

The earner will attend all five virtual sessions (5 hours) with other Leadership DNA participants and discuss, reflect, and share how learnings from the program have been applied on the job in their stores.

The earner will take part in peer-to-peer social learning activities to network and collaborate on business practices. They will also participate in a coaching session with a mentor to discuss learnings from the program and review action plans.
