Attends the following interactive workshops:12 Key Principles of Agile, Coaching to Move People Forward, Effective Communication: Connect Through Conversations, Delivering Scrum Ceremonies, Maximize Scrum Master tools, Observe applications of Scrum Master responsibilities through job shadowing. Applies Scrum Master responsibilities that includes active observation and feedback from a Scrum Coach. Successfully leads an Agile Pod as a Scrum Master.
