Earners of the W!NGed. Leadership Development Program badge have completed three months of extensively curated interactive workshops that include peer-to-peer development and independent learning. These workshops are designed to provide opportunities for real-life applications of networking, Growth Mindset, confidence building, and risk-taking. These individuals understand the value of owning their career journey to create a long-term sustainable pipeline of strong female leaders.

Earning Criteria

Complete Fossil's Compass Leadership Program, be a female Manager, Director, or Senior Director, and be in their leadership role for a minimum of 18 months.
Complete all of the W!NGed. Leadership Program's interactive workshops; Declare Your Brand, Radiate Confidence, Influence Your Career, Fail Forward, SuperPower Your Network.
Complete all five activity sessions within each workshop with other female leaders and use independent learning to practice, reflect and apply learnings.
