In partnership with Prepare to Launch U, FourBlock's Military Spouse Program is a 10-week course designed to equip military spouses with all of the instruction, inspiration, practical tools, and resources they need to inform and prepare themselves for today's workplace. The program features live video coaching, flexible online learning modules, and a small cohort of other military spouses, all of whom are ready to begin, restart, or pivot to new careers.

Earning Criteria

Badge earners complete a minimum of 60 hours of coursework inclusive of weekly self-paced video instruction, supplemental "live" virtual instruction, real-time virtual coaching calls with course instructors and cohort, independent research, and career goal setting. Outcomes include a polished resume, LinkedIn profile, and all the skills, strategy, and confidence needed to network effectively, interview successfully, and negotiate smartly.
