A graduate has completed an intensive 12-month training program including paid on-the-job training as a full-time employee working in a Help Desk capacity, 144 hours of online instructor-led classroom training, weekly professional development sessions with a Professional Success Coach, and subject-matter expert sessions. As a result, graduates possess a solid knowledge of Help Desk best practices and are prepared to conduct Tier 1 responsibilities for their respected organization.

Worked through 50 hours of professional development experience in leadership, time management, effective communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and career planning with a Success Coach to enhance personal and professional achievement.
