Complete a 360° Assessment which measures individual effectiveness and enhances self-awareness. This system will collect important information from a self-evaluation and insights from those who you interact with regularly.

Submit a resume with updated leadership credentials.

Schedule a final portfolio evaluation to discuss the experience as a principle-centered leader.
